When will I receive my Order Confirmation Email?

Order Confirmation emails are typically sent within a few minutes of placing your order, but can take up to an hour - be sure to check your spam folder! You can also check the status of your order.

If you didn't receive your Order or Shipment Confirmation Email, please contact us and we can confirm the email address associated with your account. We often find that incorrectly typed email addresses are often cause of missing emails.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will be able to track your order.

Why am I getting an error message when I try to submit my order?

If you’re having trouble submitting your order, we recommend changing the form of payment on your order.

If you believe your payment method should be authorizing your purchase? We recommend calling your bank or Credit Card Company.

 

How can I confirm my order details?

We recommend checking your email for your Order Confirmation which confirms the merchandise, colors, and sizes ordered, payment method, etc.

 

What is my order number?

Your order number can be found on the email confirming your order. You should receive the confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order.

If you have an online account and were signed in while placing your order, you can find your order number by signing into your online account and viewing your  order history.

 

Can I cancel my order?

When you submit an order through our checkout page, you can cancel your order while is confirmed. When the order begins to process, can’t be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders cannot be canceled after order confirmation. But you can always return eligible for return products after receipt. Please visit our Return Policy for more information.

 

What if I am missing an item from my online order?

Please check the status of your order or look for an email from us advising of separate shipments. If the missing item is not listed on your invoice, it is likely coming in another package.

Why didn’t I receive an invoice with my order?

Why am I not seeing any tracking scans for my order?

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipment Confirmation email. We assure you that this will not affect your expected delivery date.

Why was my item or order cancelled?

Items from your order or your entire order may be cancelled if there are errors when verifying your billing information or if your item(s) have sold out. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you offer gift receipt?

We do not have a gift receipt option; however, pricing will not be displayed on the invoice when shipping to an address other than your billing address.

 

Can I add a promo code to my recent order?

Please make sure you add the promo code while placing your order.

 

Why isn't my promo code working?

When entering your promo code during Checkout, please do not enter any characters after the space. Keeping in mind that promo codes are valid for a specific amount of time.

 

Where do I redeem my promo code?

Promo codes are redeemed at the payment method of Checkout:

  • Enter your code at checkout exactly as it appears in the email or webpage.
  • Click "Apply Discount" and your discount will be detailed in the payment summary.

One promotional discount code allowed per order. To redeem more than one promo code, we recommend placing a second order.

 

Why my promotions aren't showing on my invoice or receipt?

When purchasing a promotion, your receipt or invoice will show the unit price of each item pro-rated to reflect the promotion. This is to make it easier if you need to return your products. For example, if the promotion was Buy 1 Item, Get 1 Free, both products would show a 50% discount.

If the promotion is not working, be sure you have the required number of qualifying items. For example, with a "Buy 2 Items, Get 1 Free" promotion, you would need to have a total of 3 qualifying products in your shopping bag.
