Online Purchase Return Policy:

Not 100% satisfied with your Bath & Body Works purchase from our online NL shop?

You may return products purchased online for a full refund within 30 days from the time your order’s shipment has been created, as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • Products are in their original condition and packaging, are unused, and have all original labels or tags attached.
  • Products are not personal care items that may be unscrewed, tampered, or touch skin, which for hygienic and health reasons are considered final sale items (body mists, lotions, creams, hand soaps, etc.).
  • Products have been purchased via the online Bath & Body Works NL shop.

 

Return Steps using My Account:

  1. Sign in to ‘My Account’ if you already have an account.
  2. Locate the respective order you wish to return items for via your ‘My Orders’ page and click on the ‘Return’ field on the far right. Note that this ‘Return’ option will only be available if order is still eligible for return, according to this return policy.
  3. You will receive your return shipping label, along with the relevant packaging and shipping instructions once your return request has been authorized.
  4. If you would like to replace your item for a different one, please return the original item by completing the return form through ‘My Account’ and placing a new order.

 

Return Steps using Guest Account:

  1. With a ‘Guest Account’ you can register your return using the following link: https://bathandbodyworks.nl/sales/guest/form/
  2. At the main page, your order information is available. Please click on the Return option which is available on the left-hand side of the page.
  3. Please click on the items you wish to return, enter the return reason & select the state product. Please mind to read the return policy to see which orders & products are eligible for return.
  4. You will receive your return shipping label, along with the relevant packaging and shipping instructions once your return request has been authorized.
  5. If you would like to replace your item for a different one, please return the original item by completing the return form through ‘Guest Account’ and placing a new order.

 

Return Process:

  • Your return shipment begins by registering your return.
  • All products returned will be inspected upon receipt.
  • In case you wish to return the complete order, which includes a gift, we request you to return the gift along with the complete order, for you to receive the full refund.
  • We provide one free return label for each order as soon as you register the items you wish to return, which you can use within 30 days from the time your order’s shipment has been created.
  • We use Post NL for our returns. You can drop off your package at any of the Post NL locations across the Netherlands.
  • If you want to make a second return from the same order, you can do that with your preferred carrier and shipping costs would be borne by you.
  • Please keep the shipping confirmation till your return is fully processed.

    • Your return request will now be reviewed by our staff within 1 business day to confirm whether your product(s) is eligible for return. When your return has been approved, you will receive an email with further return instructions within 1 business day.   • Authorized
    • You will receive further return instructions from us within 1 business day. You can check the status of your return or view more details by visiting your Bath & Body Works account or by clicking on this link.
  • Partially Authorized
    • Not all products you included in your return request comply with our return policy. You can find more details on our return policy at the top of this page. You can find the product(s) you are able to return to us, by visiting your Bath & Body Works account or by clicking on this link.   • Resolved
    • We got it! We have received your return and refunded your order via the same method of payment you used to place your order. You can expect to see the refund in your account within 2-5 business days.
    • GOOD TO KNOW
      The refund will be made by using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank may take additional business days to post the refund to your account.
  • Cancelled
    • You have canceled your return request. We know how hard it can be to let a good thing go! We are happy to see that you have decided to keep your product(s).
  • Rejected
    • Unfortunately, your return request doesn’t comply with our return policy because of 1 or more of the following reasons:
      • Products were not in their original condition and packaging, are used or don’t have all original labels or tags attached.
      • Products are personal care items that may be unscrewed, tampered, or touch skin, which for hygienic and health reasons are considered final sale items (body mists, lotions, creams, hand soaps, etc.).
      • Products have not been purchased via the online Bath & Body Works NL shop.

Refund Policy:

  • When the return is accepted, we will refund the amount of the items returned to its original payment method. This refund will not include the order’s applicable shipping costs.
  • Refunds are performed at the value of the product on the date and time of purchase. In the case an item has been purchased as part of a promotion or bundle dealing, its value will be calculated as the proportional offer price per item within the promotion.
  • A refund will be issued for all products returned that meet the above return criteria, as soon as your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by us. The return process can take up to 14 days from the moment you send back your product. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a credit memo email. You will then receive your refund within two (2) to five (5) working days. Your bank may take additional working days to post the refund to your account.

 

Damaged Item Return Policy:

  • If the items arrived damaged, please log in to ‘My Account’ if you have an account or visit the order tracking page if you checked out via guest checkout.
  • Locate the respective order you received a damaged item in via your ‘My Orders’ page and click on the ‘Return’ field on the far right. Note that this ‘Return’ option will only be available if order is still eligible for return, according to this return policy.
  • Select the products you that have received damaged from the list, mark the product as damaged by selecting the relevant option in the ‘Item Condition’ drop down list and upload an image of the damaged item(s).
  • As soon as the damage claim has been accepted by us, the amount of the item will be refunded to its original payment method. This refund will also include the shipping costs, if applicable at the time of purchase, in case the entire order is damaged.

 

Right to Withdrawal:

  • When purchasing products, you have the option to repudiate the purchase without specifying any reasons for a period of up to 14 days. This period starts the day your order’s shipment is created.
  • Bath & Body Works NL has extended this period by another 14 days, as per the aforementioned return policy
  • Only items eligible for return, as per the above return policy can be repudiated.
