Do you offer free shipping?
Your order may be eligible for a reduced or free shipping conditional on ongoing promotions. For The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, the free shipping threshold starts from € 39,-. Orders are not processed on National/Public Holidays and Sundays. Sunday delivery is not available.
Shipping Guidelines:
Delivery estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In-Stock items will be shipped once the item is located and your payment is approved. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following working day. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding Dutch National/Public Holidays. You may experience longer than average order processing time during holiday and peak sales periods.
